Ryan Gadles is the founder and principal of Conquest Funds. Ryan launched his real estate career in early 2009 after seeing an incredible upside in the distressed property arena. As co-founder of Gadles Development, he championed the company’s initiative to buy, renovate and sell as many single family homes as possible participating in over 100 transactions valued at over $30,000,000. Later, he saw an opportunity in the new construction space and has transitioned the company into a luxury home builder in the Greater Boston Area. Ryan was able to take his deep knowledge of real estate to spearhead the hard money lending business.
