Conquest focuses on speed, accuracy, and flexibility. We know when you have an important real estate transaction, you need fast answers and quick closings. Our application process is simple & fast. We want to align ourselves with borrowers who are smart, diligent, & effective.


We do the necessary diligence to ensure ALL our loans are solid investments, and  have a high probability of success. Our projects involve shared risk between our borrowers, our team, & our investors.


We work on a reimbursement style funding. When work is completed, we will inspect it, and release the appropriate amount of funds. We know not every project goes as planned, and we are there for our borrowers through the entire process to ensure mutual success.


Because we service our loans in-house, we are a better partner to our borrowers. We are able to inspect projects, release funds, and work flexibly with our borrowers when the unexpected happens.
